About Me : My name is Jacqueline Manuel but i preferred to be called Jackie. It's just me and my sister. I am the youngest. I live independently and have a place of my own. My sister has her own family but my mom is staying with her to look after my niece.
Experience : I've been an Admin Support for more than a year now. Aside from that I was also a customer service representative and have experience in customer service through phone, email, chat for more than 8 years. I have handled US,UK and Australian accounts. Part of my work as an admin support is to enter information from hand written forms into a spreadsheet, input order information into spreadsheets and creates invoices for clients and suppliers. Proficient computer skills ( MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint ). I also work independently meeting quick turn-around times and deadlines. I serve as the main point of contact for the customers of clients, providing exceptional customer service. Coordinate with clients to properly and effectively manage the financial cost of both clients and suppliers.
Education: I took up English Communication Course in Informatics Computer College and graduated 2006. Prior to attending my English Communication Course I also took up Business Administration in Far Eastern University but was only able to finish up to 2 year level.
